A smart, hard-working consulting practice  based in Silicon Valley.  Established in 2014, our focus has been to assist companies with technical and operational aspects of revenue accounting.  Specifically focused on helping companies with their transition to the ASC606 new standard.

Nancy is a revenue recognition expert and finance professional, with over 15 years of broad experience working with software, hardware, internet and SAAS business models for large, multinational corporations.  During her career, she has established and managed large, global revenue operations and teams with responsibility for systems implementation, policies and processes, as well as talent acquisition and development.  In addition, Nancy has worked closely with sales and engineering organizations in defining and supporting business strategy and process.  She is a CPA in the state of California.  She has a strong background and experience in aligning accounting with business needs, and a passion for process improvement.
